关于短信术语

If you do not agree to the Text Message 条款, 你可以撤销你的同意, but you will not then be able to participate in FORTIS’s Text Message 程序. FORTIS may modify the Text Message 条款 at any time and you will need to confirm your continued consent. 如果你不同意, you will not be able to continue your participation in FORTIS’s Text Message 程序. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Text Message 条款 by visiting Fortis.edu. The Text Message 条款 may be supplemented by additional terms and conditions and, together with these Text Message 条款 and the FORTIS 隐私政策 and 条款 of Use, govern your participation in FORTIS’s Text Message 程序.

FORTIS’s Text Message 程序 assists users in communicating with Fortis. Text messages are SMS messages sent to individuals who have provided Fortis with written consent to send the messages. Such written consent may be obtained through the use of electronic signatures, as broadly defined under the E-SIGN Act. Fortis text messages are not mobile spam. The service is a recurring message program.

When you signed up for Fortis’ Text Message 程序 and provided expressed written consent to receive automated texts about educational marketing from FORTIS, and by continuing to participate in FORTIS’s Text Message 程序 (e.g. by not texting STOP in response to any program text), you have indicated your expressed consent to continue to receive automated texts from Fortis in accordance with these Text Message 条款.

富通短信费用

Although all FORTIS text messages are complimentary, Message&数据速率可能适用. Depending on your text plan, you may be charged by your carrier.

停止短信

To stop receiving FORTIS text messages, simply text STOP (and no other words or characters) to the short code or long code from which you received the FORTIS text message(s). 这样做之后, you will receive a text message confirming your opt-out and will no longer receive FORTIS text messages to the Phone number used to text STOP. Almost all STOP requests are taken care of immediately, but it may take up to 3 business days from the date you text STOP to be removed from FORTIS’s texting list(s). NOTE: Texting STOP will only stop text messages to the Phone number you used to text STOP.

If you send FORTIS a STOP text in response to a FORTIS text message, you can start receiving FORTIS text messages again by providing consent to Fortis.Edu发送信息.
